Age-in-Place Home Inspections

Our most popular service is our $350 Age-in-Place home inspection. We'll walk you through your entire home, inside and out, to identify changes that can be made to make it safe, accessible, and comfortable for older adults who wish to remain in their homes as they age. We will identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for DIY modifications such as organizing furniture, decluttering, and adding non-slip mats in key areas as well as larger projects you might need some help with like installing handrails, ramps, walk-in showers, and moving the laundry room to the main floor, to enhance mobility and safety.  You will receive a written report listing the most urgent changes, both DIY and professional, and a written estimate for the project of your choosing.
